Love the design of the mug. Unfortunately after a handful of uses, the handle (which is more a perfect "C" than the tapered look in the photo) came right off in my hand. Not sure if this is a consistent quality issue or if mine was just a one-off. Regardless, a disappointing end to an otherwise top-notch item.
